We have used Kim on many shows both as FOH and Monitor engineer, system tech and stage tech for busy shows where a tried and trusted fast pair of hands are essential to the smooth running of a fast turnaround. Kim is always popular with bands as she is patient knowledgeable and fun, I have never known any other member of our team be anything other than pleased to know that they will be working a show with Kim. We have worked with Kim on a number of occassions in a number of venues including both stages of the O2 Academy Newcastle and Legends Nightclub and every show she has been involved in the sound has been exceptional. Kim is organised, professional, technically gifted and able to cope with any circumstances (including a bass drum beater getting stuck through the drum skin - cue emergency rejigging of drum kit mid set!). In my experience Kim listens to the bands that she is working with and delivers the sound that they want. She is our first choice engineer whenever we play in Newcastle and (budget permitting) when we play further afield. What more can I say - she's a star!
